In addition, the Application and its third-party SDKs may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• Your mobile operating system and device model
• Advertising IDs (for ad personalization)
• App usage statistics and crash logs

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, authentication (keeping you logged in), analytics, or ad delivery.

Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data (including your email, username, and cloud progress) held by the Service Provider. You can exercise these rights directly by using the "Delete Account" feature within the Application settings, or by contacting the Service Provider at maouchidigital@gmail.com.

Data Retention Policy

• User Provided Data: Retained securely on Supabase servers for as long as your account is active, to allow you to log in and restore your progress. If you request account deletion, this data is permanently erased.
• Automatically Collected Data: Retained by third-party SDKs according to their respective retention policies.

Children

The Application is intended as an educational tool for high school students. The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or such higher age as required by applicable law, e.g., 16 in the EU). The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under this age without parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider so necessary actions can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and relies on industry-standard security measures provided by our backend infrastructure to protect your data.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
